It's my first time submitting art here so I hope I did this right.
I am in love with Charlie C. Charles, I love how chaotic he is. Seriously. I considered doing a more illustration type thing but neither my health nor time allowed so I made a chibi. Then I got carried away and made it a spooky GIF. I thought it would be hilarious (it is).
I uploaded it as a hidden TH character since I figured it'd be easier to do - The GIF has no animated thumbnail since it's a bit chonky for TH but it's the oldest image in the character; The rest are individual frames if you'd like to look at them. I'll be deleting it once you have what you need from it!
