Works with Flambobii and Striscia in an academy for sea creatures.

He looks like a small boy in the age of 14 but is actually older than Flambobii(1932) and Striscia(146)

Has really bad eyesight. Stiched eye is blind and opaque white in color, other eye can barely see anything but still can map out colors but blurry. He uses his Octopi ghost as the 3rd eye. Can communicate with ghosts.

Inspired by the blue-ringed octopus, name literally means Ghost.
