Bio

Ankha has always been a very independent fox. She doesn't talk much about her past, other than she's spent most of her life on her own. She adores berries, and ingesting some fermented ones is what made her interested in alcohol and distilling spirits. She brews a delicious berry drink with her own distilled spirits, but due to its vintage and rarity, she reserves it for the finest patrons -- or those with a large enough wallet.

Ankha runs a nightclub called GLΘ, where she sells her delicious drinks and offers a place for her fellow Foxtopi to relax and let loose without worrying about blending in to the human world. The bar is open to Foxtopi of all types and ages, with rooms to accomidate both Feral and Standing types so everyone feels welcome. Despite her closed off nature, Ankha remembers what it felt like to be alone for so long... and she doesn't want anyone else to have to feel that way too.

While Ankha prefers the company of her fellow elder foxes, she still will interact with any Foxtopi that crosses her path. In fact, her best friend Sato only has 3 tails! The whole reason Ankha opened her nightclub in the first place is to ensure that no Foxtopi are ever lonely. She remembers her early nomadic days as a Foxtopi and how lonely it had been. So she's opened the bar to be a hub for feral and standing Foxtopi alike, welcoming all Foxtopi of all ages into her doors to have something delicious to drink and something warm to eat.

Though she seems unfriendly at first glance, Ankha's not cold hearted by any means. She's simply very emotionally closed off and keeps her feelings close to her chest, something she's learned is wise to do when you live as long as she does. She's pretty stoic and sassy at times, but can lighten up a bit and even crack a smile now and again when she's around those she truly, truly trusts. As annoyed as she may seem at times, Ankha genuinely loves her job at the bar, and taking care of other Foxtopi. She's like a big, grumpy mom.

Ankha's best friend is the man behind the only Foxtopi bank, Sato. This workaholic seems an odd match to a nightclub owner. But that actually helps them get along quite well! They're more than happy sitting together in quiet company while they do there own things, and of course he's got an endless tab at GLΘ. Not to mention, he has his own private little space with a small couch and a desk where he can go and work, nap, drink, drink and work, work and nap, work work work work... Being bffs with the owner has it's perks, no?
