I think the only "error" I can think of right now is very simple. Some headers show the image tiled, instead of stretchted to fit the header.
News, Sales & Liked Comments are the ones I could find. Seems to happen on pages that change from the dark/black theme to the light/grey theme, if that helps. Thank you for the bug fixing, mod team!
